“I loved my experience at Pur Bowls! You can completely customize your acai bowl, which I really liked. I chose an acai base with two kinds of granola and lots of fresh fruit — the toppings are pretty much unlimited! I also added almond butter on top, and it was delicious. Everything tasted super fresh, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The shop looks clean, modern, and nicely renovated — it feels brand new. It’s also connected to a Vietnamese restaurant next door, which is kind of interesting! I really enjoyed the outdoor seating area too. Highly recommend!“

“This is a good choice when you want shave ice dessert the flavors are natural I’m allergic to a lot of colors and they don’t add any additives so if you were sensitive as I am, I has not reacted to anything that I have order there, which is very common with this desert. they had lots of colors this place doesn’t.“

“I discovered a new go-to coffee shop whenever I’m in town in the future here in LBC🤙🏼On my first visit, I was looking for a coffee shop that serves Affogato and the search led me here. It was a wise choice. I enjoyed the Affogato and tried the traditional Turkish coffee while I was there. WOW! That was so good! On our way out the owner and I had a short conversation about Philippines. He told me next time I come for Turkish coffee, I should also get baklava along with it. So this morning my baby sister and I went back. I did try the baklava along with the traditional Turkish coffee as suggested from my first visit. That was a good recommendation! I had baklavas on my visits in Greece and I would put up the baklava in this coffee shop with the baklavas of Greece. So very good! YUMM! Also, it has a great ambiance to enjoy sipping your coffee and munching on the sweet treats! Don’t think about it anymore! Just come on in and give this Coffee Station a try. I guarantee that you will love it.“

“The acai bowls are delicious. But poor girls, it was just two of them the night we went on a Friday and one of them was on break. People kept coming in for both the restaurant food and the acai bowls. You could see they were overwhelmed even after the other came back. They were both very nice and helpful but it's not fair to them to have to be cashier, call out the orders and make acai bowls.“

“I had the 'Beet It' juice which includes Beets, Carrots 🥕, Spinach, Apple, Pear, lemon and Ginger. I was able to fully customize the drink to my liking. The server was friendly and sincere, you know like she really cared. No affectations. This privately owned juice bar was a real gem of a place and I will be returning there again soon.“

“This is my favorite açai place in the South Bay, I prefer this place over Oak Berry and blendzup. I like that they have lots of different healthy toppings, including one of my favorites - Goji berries and pistachios. The açai base is not too sweet and they put a generous amount of toppings for you. “I recently visited Beach Bowls Acai Cafe and had a really nice experience overall. The açaí bowls were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fruit tasted fresh and the granola had a great crunch, which made the texture perfect. The portions were generous and filling without feeling too heavy.

“Straw & Spoon on Artesia is a great spot to meet up with friends for boba or açaí in Redondo Beach. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with two swing chairs inside and Edison bulb string lights & blue sails over the tables outside. It was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. You can either order from a screen or directly with the cashier, which I recommend if it’s your first time or if you have questions. They have a restroom for customers, and there is also free parking in the connected lot, and I appreciate that convenience.

I asked if they have any drinks without syrups/sugar, and they recommended their iced tea. I went with the Four Season Iced Green Tea with no sugar & regular ice, and since it is a boba spot I added the Lychee Coconut Jellies. The jellies went perfectly with the iced green tea, and it was a balanced and refreshing beverage, with hints of rose and a delightful lychee flavor and even a similar lychee texture. I also enjoyed the quality of their plastic cups and selection of large colorful straws - you get to select your favorite color.

They let us eat our sushi from Yanagi Kitchen in the plaza along with our boba drinks, and it was a perfect combo. I will definitely be back!“
