It’s crazy how expensive these things have gotten and the fact that their payment kiosk still nags at you to add a hefty tip on top of that! But I guess this is supposed to be a meal replacement and not a snack so they are charging what you’d pay for a meal anywhere else. Today my husband and I wanted a refreshing treat so we stopped into this Robeks. The location was staffed by one young woman, and she was fantastic. There was a steady stream of customers coming in, along with online and over the phone orders. The atmosphere of the place looked great, The staffer was patient, unrushed, and very professional. My first time ever trying their toast. I decided to get the peanut butter toast topped with banana, chia seeds, and honey. I will say that it is best to eat it as soon as you receive it since the bread they use is similar to sourdough. It might get hard to bite into if left for too long.
