I was reading some of the other reviews reflecting my similar experience, and the ongoing issues appear to be specific to this location at 1800 Ximeno Ave. I have eaten at a number of other stores without complaint but this store is obviously mismanaged.I arrived at 3:35pm on 2/26/2024 and placed my order which was assembled rather quickly, although there was no one at the register to ring up the customers causing the line to backup. The food and service are pretty good. Nice staff. Unfortunately the store is always very dirty, the drink station is always an absolute mess, and the utensils and napkins are right in the middle of the nasty mess. So if you're going to eat there, bring your own utensils and napkins. Food & Staff: ☆☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness: -☆!!!

The wait time here is UNREAL. Will I still come? Yeah. Am I happy about it? No :( staff are always confused. One time I placed an online order and they said “another Marcos came in got it”. What are the odds of that, another person named Marcos and got the exact order I got. Always out of stuff too. Come here if you’re desperate.
