Despite some frustrations with long lines for to-go orders and limited parking, the delicious food and excellent service make it a top choice for a quick meal. The staff, including team members like Emanuel and Esmeralda, are always friendly and work hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Esmeralda even gave a free cookie to customers, adding a nice touch. The assistant manager, Randee, shows great customer care by inviting customers to sit and taking their orders directly, making guests feel very welcomed. Overall, the restaurant maintains clean restrooms and a well-managed establishment with attentive staff.
