McDonald's in Downey

“Honestly was just looking for a McDonald's for a quick bite before headed home. Stumbled across this. The oldest McDonald's in the world! Food was fresh and tasted great! The staff was great. Best McDonald's experience I've ever had.“

“Right now I live in the city of Winnetka in the valley of San Fernando. And by far there's McDonald's, the greatest I've ever been to. It's heaven as soon as I walked in there. I was told having trouble need help with the screen. I'll give you a hand. By a wonderful lady and work there. I told her no I can handle myself order my phone. My nuggets were bomb Taste fully awesome. And I also got my favorite sauce with yummy. Warm Tasty, large fries And I felt like the twelve-year-old who lived near Downey. The service they gave me was better than what I get at the McDonald's close to my house and if I'm around the area I'm glad I take a screenshot on the address. Cause believe me, I'll be visiting that McDonald's. One more time“

“This one is my go to spot since it’s super close to where I live. One of the mangers Michael or Mike I believe was very nice about fixing my bundle order. Sometimes their fries aren’t the fresh & the mobile app won’t work properly but overall it good for the most part. I never dined in, only drivethru“

“With the customer service so far the workers have been polite theve always gotten my order right There's always a restroom provided plus their lobby is always clean .When I get breakfast it's the combo the sausage mcgriddle hash brown and drink and can't forget the syrup“

“I had previously posted a negative review of this restaurant last year. Because of the immaturity and incompetency of the staff. But the staff that is now here is the complete opposite. They've completely turned it around. This staff is possibly the best of all the McDonald's I've ever been to. Quick straightforward and good food and a family vibe“

“This place does not get full stars because its McDonalds food and its not always there. Sometimes they are slow but customer service has not never been rude. I understand the wait when they are understaffed so its not a big deal. I've actually had good customer service experiences. Was looking at the stickers while I waited and found one of them on Instagram. You can look at stickers while you wait. 🤣🤣🤣“
