The best tres leches cake that I eve had !
Pasteleria 3 Luceros is a hidden gem in Downey with some of the best churros, flan, and cakes I’ve had locally. Esperanza and her family have been running the shop for over 20 years and you can genuinely taste the care they put into everything they make.
Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The churros were crispy, warm, and honestly addicting.
