This teddy graham latte is absolutely delicious
8/2026…We visit the east la spot at least once a week during school season. We drive thru this area quite a bit and were very excited to see the sign go and kept an eye out during summer waiting for them to open. They had a soft opening and lines were very long but moved quickly. The drinks here are just as delicious as the original spot and we will definitely be regulars here since they are also serving food.

Best strawberry cold foam vanilla matcha and vegan burritos. Definitely recommend. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the matcha. It was gone in 10 minutes.

Vida Pura is a small, cute coffee shop with a great atmosphere. The velvet seating, lit candles, and cute vibes make it a comfortable place, though seating is limited to indoor only. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service, always happy to answer questions and give suggestions. The coffee selection is great, with the brown sugar latte described as well balanced and the cream top topped with salt a nice touch. The brown sugar coffee is also enjoyed. The matcha drinks are creative, including the teddy bear matcha with cold foam, cinnamon, and teddy grahams on top, the hot cinnamon matcha, the strawberry matcha with vanilla foam, and the earl grey matcha. The teddy graham matcha tastes like good, fresh matcha. The acai bowls are loved, and the English muffin breakfast is delicious and beautifully assembled. The breakfast burrito, which is vegan with a plant for the meat, is worth returning for, and the sauce that came with it was the perfect amount of spicy. The coffee cake is delish. Some matcha is described as gritty, watery, and pretty standard. Parking is not super convenient in front, but side street parking is fine. Once the line gets long, it does wrap around the store awkwardly. The restroom was noticeably smelly with pee all over the toilets, and the smell was most noticeable in the back area, which took away from the overall experience.
