I mean it's baskin robbins! Who doesn't love baskin robbins?! The reason I'm reviewing this location is because the server who helped us was the sweetest person ever. She was so patient with my toddler and so kind. I truly recommend this location due to their friendly staff!

This location is conveniently located near my home. Every time I come here though I have such a negative experience. I had to repeat my order several times though the gentleman was polite and courteous. Tonight they were out of whip cream. On previous visits I had to ask them to take my order. I'm giving it 3 starts for cleanliness, location. Baskin Robbins name sells itself. Franchisees just need to ensure they have well trained staff and properly stocked inventory, FYI - my first job was with BR Corp. training Franchisees. From now on I'll be driving to BR on 104 W Foothill Blvd, Monrovia, 91016 even though it's a little further. Fingers crossed services are better.

Zero stars if that was an option. Ordered a cake online to be ready by 4:15pm. Arrived around 4:20, associate said cake was not ready and asked if I could wait another 15-20 min. I was unable to do that b/c I needed to set up a party that I was hosting. Asked a family member on the way to my party to stop at the store to pick up cake, figuring it would be ready as said. When family member arrived, the cake was still not finished and required another 20 minutes to complete. How can you promise something to be ready at a certain time, only to delay it for another 40 minutes? I don't remember what the associate working gave for a reason for the store froster's delay, it is still unacceptable, as I ordered this cake on a Monday, to be ready at a SPECIFIC time on a Friday.

Parking & Restrooms - shared parking with other stores, need to park in the back due to limited parking in front because of main street baldwin but at least no fee nor limit, didn't get opportunity to see if their was bathrooms available because it was a quick errand 2. Contactless payment- yes, apple pay accepted 3. Reservations/Appointment - first come first serve 4. Customer Service/Assistance - all employees have been nice 5. Food/Health Grade/Cleanness- love ice cream cake ! didn't see the health grade it wasn't visible to me, clean & well kept in my reviews each star is given when they meet all my top necessities overall, my top locations for a quick errand to get the birthday cake ! never disappoints !!

Well I got a bad experience tonight Thursday night I think it's the 14th from 445 the other day I got the family special which is two scoops for a good price regular price is almost 4 dollars a scoop I didn't realize that so I told her I didn't have that much money with me so I had two scoops and she actually had the audacity to put one back instead of building customer service oh well I don't know if the place I'll never go back have a good day everyone
Usually we go to the Baskin-Robbins on the end of myrtle which is a little scary because I feel very suspect that the ice cream could be sanitary when you walk into that joint. But this place is a breath of fresh air. It is very well lit and just feels clean when you walk in. Everything looks organized and taken care of. Luis helped us today and he was so smiley and friendly to my kids. They have a bathroom for customers and it was pretty clean and smelled nice. Except for one dirty table this place was great and it will now be our new go to ice cream spot! So happy there are still people who care about their eateries!!

Well it’s 11am totally dark and sign says open at 11am so yeah. Disappointed and oh yeah open sign is lit up. Must be in a timer
