We are from Las Vegas and came to visit The City of Hope. We asked the doctor if my husband could have sushi and he said before chemo...yes. After chemo...not for 6 months. We left CoH and promptly went to Heemo, one of several sushi restaurants in the area. My husband just picked one. This place is wonderful! This is our go-to local sushi spot. Their portions are generous and always fresh.Be sure to mention it's your birthday! It's a party.The servers and sushi chefs are very kind. I love when they share complimentary dishes! Not always, but usually.If you haven't tried it, I suggest you do.

The workers are all so kind! Especially the woman with the bob. She was very beautiful on the inside and out. You can tell she wanted you to just have a good time eating there. My friends and I came and she was so sweet to all of us. Thank you for being sweet to us and letting us have a good time. :)
