Staff had me waiting for more than 13 mins just to take my order. You could just hear them in the back talking. After they took my order, another guest came in and had them waiting for more than 15 mins. Even when an employee saw her, she simply ignored her. Manager Natalie, get your team together😬😐

This place is great.The food is always warm ,flavorful, and delicious .The service is also amazing every time. The only negative thing i have to say is about the customers who sometimes come here. As a customer myself, I dont appreciate other customers coming here and expecting a whole dine in experience when it comes to drink refills and ranch. This is a TO GO spot. If you want a dine in experience and service, go to the other sit-down locations. The employees here are so nice and accommodating. However, this is not the opportunity to take advantage of their kindness.

Placed an online order, once we go in there to pick it up they said they canceled it and placed it for tomorrow morning because they closed earlier their sing says closing time 11pm we place the order at 10pm.

I'm trying to give this place a chance but I keep being met with disappointment.The wings barely have enough sauce majority of the time. Then when I have asked for extra sauce, generally I am met with annoyance from the workers. I'm including a picture, one of them clearly has a good amount of sauce and the other two barely even have drizzle. Of course the two flavors I liked best.

It's hard to grasp one's attitude and bearing by appearance, may take some back and forth to scratch the surface. I picked up a to-go order of some wings and drinks in a weekend evening and noticed the only girl in the premise. From the outset, hard to tell if she was not attentive or lacked willingness. I started out with some light exchange and pleasantries, she didn't seem responsive or hard to be heard. Then, I decided to get to the point and pressed when the order was ready after waiting for more than a few minutes, and those after me already got their’s, hence decided to cancel or stay. As my order was getting ready, she handed me a drink along with mumbled words which was mostly how she carried herself through out the duration. I thought she meant it was a substitute for an sold out drink, but after I clarified again, realizing she only handed me one drink instead of the supposed two. When I asked if she had any suggestions for an alternative, she answered with 'no clue’, "nah, nah" and that nature, guess the real her was emerging. She looked a little too chill and floating. I wouldn't be surprised whatever party consumption she might have had earlier hours!

Great food and great experience!I won’t lie I was a little hesitant about going here based in the reviews, but I was spun 360° once I had their Asian zing wings.Price is a little high but most wing places are around the same price.Costumer service was great! The gentleman at the front explained some of his own favorite sauces and helped me pick one.Can’t wait to go back?
