I went in on Tuesday, the new owners were in back of me. I was telling the cashier how disappointed my daughter was, we came in on monday and it was closed. Well the new owners, gave me a couple cookies for free. That was so awesome of them. My daughter was so happy and she said" Thank you so much!"
Came for a chocolate chip but was told they ran out and would take over 1.5hr for new batch. Don't understand how you run out of a certain cookie when there's only 6 options. Poorly managed store. Also stood at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged and told they ran out.
The service is always so fast here and all the workers are always so nice and greet me well. I love coming here because I walk in and walk out with no problem. And the cookies r always fresh and yummy !
