I ordered several pizza's for pick up and they were all soggy! I was so upset that the pizza's weren't fully cooked and the pizza's barely had any cheese on them!

Ordered 2 pizzas. This is one with double cheese. Sadly, the cheese didn’t even cover the pizza. The pepperoni had even less cheese, more dough than cheese showing.

ordered a medium pepperoni. when it came out it looked like it had been sitting there forever and they just warmed it up!! it was so gross and stale that i had to trash the whole thing. complete waste of money, DONT COME HERE

If I could give it zero I would, but that wasn't an option. I frequently order pizza's from here for my kids. I placed an order online for delivery. I usually enable the text alerts so that I'm aware if when the pizza will be delivered. It had already been 45 mins and still no pizza. I called the store and whoever answered said they would contact the delivery driver because it's says it was delivered (which it wasn't) and they'd call me back. I got a call back and was asked for my dressed which I gave and they guy who claims he was the manager which I'm sure if he was would have handled the situation better said my driver said it was delivered I said no it wasn't I have a ring camera and any type of delivery ir movement alerts me to phone instantly and there has been no one from dominos who walked up. I can play back the whole day and there has been no delivery. He then tells me we'll he has 2 more deliveries then he's going to lunch so it'll be an hour before another delivery can be made. I told him that's unacceptable why do I wasn't waiting an hour for another delivery. I asked him to reverse the charge. So we'll see if they actually do it or not. If he couldn't find the address he should've called me but this was handled so poorly on the supposed managers fault. I won't be ordering from them again such a shame.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the store was closed, they said they would be back at 2. When they opened they were barely gonna start working on my pizza they said 8 more minutes , when I had already been waiting for 15 mins. Horrible store management.

So I used to frequent duarte dominos years back when it was at it old location on highland but switched to monrovia dominos do to them fully cooking the pizzas and overall better quality, I should have just done the usual but I decided to come to this location due to it being one block away from me that was a mistake I got three new york style pizzas and to my unfortunate surprise I asked for well done and recieved three severely under done pizzas to the point that I'm putting them in my oven at home to finish off the bake and the crazy part it the way it was cut which hey that's not a major problem but one slice is half the pizza and the other 5 6 slices are the size of twigs. We'll anyways I would recommend making the drive to monrovia Dominos. They are a couple of dollars more expensive, but worth it, they follow instructions, pizzas are cut perfectly, and they have quality ingredients.

Domino's has been my go-to chain pizza for years. It's not gourmet, but they're super reliable – the pizza's always satisfying, and I absolutely love their chicken bites! Perfect for a casual night in, especially when watching a movie (or gaming ?).
