great chicken good sides to pick from always satisfying
#ElPolloLoco what an awful lunch experience today. The dining area was so dirty and the rice was undercooked making this the worst pollo bowl I've ever had, it tasted like a starchy potato.
The employees were rude while laughing at another gentleman who brought it to their attention.
crappy food + poor customer service = one less customer
