Much improved compared to 6 months ago. If you asked me how their drinks were last year I'd give them half a star. The drinks now taste much better whereas before they tasted diluted some they brewed the tea fresh.Menu has been reduced in size and revamped. My only complaint is that it could use some dusting. Place doesn't look like it was cleaned properly since it opened last year.
My fam is addicted to this place. My kid and hubby love their "dirty nom-nom" which seems to be their rendition of tiger milk tea. I love their passion fruit green tea. The place has a nice quiet ambiance too for studying or reading. They have cute little toys and knicknacks for sell too. 5/5 starts for service as well ^_^

How have I not reviewed Factory Tea Bar -Duarte? FTB is dangerously convenient next to Target. Whenever I go, their service is always friendly and they always have some seasonal promotions going on which is really nice. Also, most people order their drinks to go, so I like that it's not too busy or loud inside. We've brought the kids with us and it's a good atmosphere. I like all of their teas, but my favorite when I was preggo and not doing caffeine was the Nom Nom Milk Drink....read full review
