I'm a regular here along with my significant other. We enjoy the consistency of the drinks and the very friendly staff. We're always nicely greeted and the drinks are good. If I ever don't like something they just make it again no hesitation, but that's only happened maybe 2 times out of the many many other times we go here. My favorite drinks are the lychee milk tea and the strawberry milk tea.
I have been to the Monterey Park location and the staff there were not friendly. I stood at the register while 4 staff were chatting away for 10 min. Decided to give this location a try. Upon entering the store, i was immediately welcomed by Silver. When i questioned him.."pistachio frappe?" he stood by the product and suggested I try it. The flavor and choices are always amazing. The wife prefers the assam black milk tea with boba, while my sugar loving heart prefers the tiger sugar milk with boba. But more than that we love the long hours and friendly staff!
