I'm a regular here along with my significant other. We enjoy the consistency of the drinks and the very friendly staff. We're always nicely greeted and the drinks are good. If I ever don't like something they just make it again no hesitation, but that's only happened maybe 2 times out of the many many other times we go here. My favorite drinks are the lychee milk tea and the strawberry milk tea.

I have been to the Monterey Park location and the staff there were not friendly. I stood at the register while 4 staff were chatting away for 10 min. Decided to give this location a try. Upon entering the store, i was immediately welcomed by Silver. When i questioned him.."pistachio frappe?" he stood by the product and suggested I try it. I go to alot of boba stores and dont see this flavor so I gave it a try..wow!!! Now one of my favs!! Upon leaving, it was very nice to see how Silver seemed to appreciate my business. Will be back!

This place has good tasting drinks, but the experience is never consistent. I want to warn anyone with dairy allergies that the smoothies have ice cream in them. I order them online usually and ask for almond milk or oat milk thinking it is dairy free, but when I watched them make it in person, they added ice cream! Ice cream in the smoothie was completely unexpected and really uncool for my son's dairy allergy. I should've done more research as the in person menu mentions the dairy in tiny letters. Also as others have mentioned, the employees do not look happy. They don't greet anyone or tell them they'll be with them shortly. They just ignore. When I was there for the great ice cream discovery of '23, a custimer was so tired of being ignored, she started yelling hello, hello, hello! At the employees who didn't give one crap because their earbuds were in. Kind of comical situation. These people seem under immense pressure because they're so busy. People love ice cream in their smoothies I guess! By the way, I'm talking ish on this place, but they make a mean peach iced tea. Just beware of all the sugar in these drinks.

Good variety of drinks, theres so many I still want to try, but everything I've had so far has been really good. The boba is soft and warm when you first get it. It gets pretty packed here sometimes, I've been here where I had to wait for 10 people to get their drinks before me. You can order online ahead though and just come to pick it up which is what I have been doing recently. Parking lot is small but never had a problem finding a spot. Drinks are $4-6 so average price. Overall I'm a fan!

Love the drinks here but the wait time is always ridiculous. Even after placing an order online, you still have to wait.
I had the Galaxy iced tea and not only did it have a pretty presentation but it tasted fantastic! The mango jelly was star shaped and and the mix of teas and flavors went extremely well together. The boba shop is a decent size but parking is a bit scarce on a busy day where it's located. Friendly service and there is also a cute backdrop to take your boba drink photo ops!

Waited over 20 minutes for açaí bowl. Lady behind me received her fairly large order before me. Three employees working and yet no one seemed to know how to multi task. Every time I go, I wait. But not this long. I was first in line. Suppose they had take out orders to fulfill but still, you have at least 3 employees in the back. When I asked how much longer, the guy looked at me crazy and smirked. No apology. Nothing. I won't be back. Too bad. My daughter craves those bowls after soccer practice. These places are a dime a dozen. She'll be ok.

This place has a lot of issues. I've waited over 30minutes for drinks one time. Another time they ran out of Boba so they substituted the Boba for something else for everyone and they charged me $1.50 for my substitution in my two drinks. For the past two weeks I've been getting disgruntled vibes from the employees. I've been watching one tattooed dude in particular (He's always mad.) and last night he was getting angry at the lady and the kids in front of me about something. Then it was my turn, this dude threw a fit when I told him I wanted to pay in cash. I got angry and left. The reason why I go there is because Tapioca Express, Lolli Cup and Honey Boba closed in Arcadia and my mom wants her Boba. I was told to try T Pumps in Monrovia and there's Stinky Boba next door. Just to let you know Boba Time there are other places to go to other than your shop. I'm sure my mom will make me go back one day, it won't be any time soon. I give 2 stars for the drinks. The attitude needs to go.
