Take out food was bagged so poorly that the gravy spilled all over everything in the bag by the time I got out to the car. Literally there was gravy filling the bottom of the plastic bag that the food was packed in. Brought it back in to be replaced and server couldn't see the problem (!) and would not replace the soggy items. NEVER going back there again! This was the Duarte, CA, store.

Spicy chicken sandwich . Drive-thru. Two dinky pickles . Chicken that was mushy not crisp . Order of chicken strips five piece . Asked for barbecue sauce . Arrived home with no barbecue sauce in the bag or any sauce of any kind . Chicken strips three out of five were decent . Not really good just decent . Not hot either . 23 or 4 bucks for garbage . How do these people expect they want to get paid 20 bucks an hour when they can't even provide decent food . Truly sad it's happening at all the fast food places . What a waste of money . The colonel will be turning over coffin if he knew the kind of service that was being provided at his restaurants

The people here Andrea and her new employee were very rude. Used app on phone said it would be ready at 1pm arrived at 12:50 and let them know I was there for pickup for 1pm. The so called new guy said it would be ready in 3 minutes. Then Andrea said they did not have a particular crispy chicken. I ask for refund, she said I would have to contact app. Thier Gaslighting techniques are no different then the rest. If I could give less than 1 star I would have. How is this place still in business?

I cannot believe these clowns are still in business. Nobody i know that live in Monrovia like KFC. They are just minutes away from Popeyes and Churchs in Monrovia. Anyways, me and my girl were in the area just to grab a simple small bite to eat, Because i hardly ever fuck with KFC. I ordered a 10 piece meal with biscuits and potatoes. Are chicken was dry. They didnt even give us fresh pieces. But at least these guys never run out of chicken. I will give them that much credit. Just didnt like the vibe we got. Must be a blackman with a white woman thing. Get all these stares like we dont belong here. Anyways, to make a long story short. My order was off base. They gave us the chicken, But the biscuits were missing. For years i have always avoided coming here when i used to live in Monrovia. Who know, I might give them a second chance.

This is the second time I came to this place And I bought like 60 dlrs and I just got like 3 ketchups and 3 sauces and if I want more I have to pay more Wtf is wrong with this people u think I eat all this chicken with one sauce???? You really think I deserve this service? The lady there was ride too like she was mad ... lol She should be on vacation or some can be doing customer service if ur mad This place is not even good if even hungry and need something to eat ..!!! I arrived at 9:30pm and tried placing an order through the drive thru. I was told the only thing I could purchase were sides. No chicken and no biscuits because "they closed in a half hour and were not going to make more". I'm not sure why Kentucky Fried CHICKEN has business hours until 10pm if they can't cook & sell chicken until that time. Very frustrating!
