I ordered a pizza with pineapple, jalapeno and no cheese. I paid for the delivery service. I got a pineapple and ham pizza. I am vegetarian. I called the store and was told that I had to take the pizza in to get the correct pizza or get a refund. This defeats the purpose of paying for a delivery service. I was planning on using this for upcoming big parties. However, I'll never order from this company again. Their policy is terrible and unfair.

This is the third time ordering and ever other time has been decent but this time was so unbelievably badI ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, a twix brownie and crazy breadThe pizza you could tell just by having it handed to me that it's been in that box for HOURS. It felt like the box was going to break at the bottom from the grease.When I opened the box there was a huge bubble in the pizza, which basically made half of the pizza inedible.Second, I didn't receive the correct brownie.The only saving Grace was the crazy bread sticks. They were average.

I used to go to Little Caesar's all the time. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. I picked up my deep dish pizza and when I got home the pizza dough was raw. Completely uncooked! So dangerous. Especially since I'm pregnant. Be warned.

Little caesers is a good fast food pizza chain. Fast and cheap food, although they no longer sell the 5 dollar pizza. This one I would rate on average. The food is good. Customer service seems normal. However, I have only 2 complaints. First, sometimes the hot and ready pizza that they give you instantly is not nice. Sometimes, when it's in the oven, it gets stale and warm. Though when it's fresh and created newly, then you can taste the real flavor. 2nd complaint, the atmosphere is kind of sketchy. Im not talking about the inside but the place itself, and I know little caeser can't do anything about that.Overall, this is a pretty good little caesers from my experience. I would recommend ordering fresh, though.

I didn't catch his name, but my receipt says Yarci helped me today. He was very helpful, fast, with genuine, friendly, professional, and wonderful customer service. Everything was "hot and ready," like Little Ceasers slogan says. He treats people as good as great servers in fine restaurants. He helped me find exactly what I wanted in seconds! He also gave me options and let me know about alternatives, which is such amazing, extraordinary, and positive service. The pizza is always awesome at Little Ceasers and this one is great as well. I got lucky enough to get one right out of the oven which is phenomenal. I'm excited to dig into the crazy bread, and enjoy some of my soda with this ensemble. Thank you for memorable uplifting service, great food and good bang for your buck. I'm looking forward to supporting this specific Little Ceasers again.
