It was a 20 minute drive to Sonic and they didn’t give my order after 30 minutes. I had high hopes but their food aren’t all that. They also didn’t give me utensils to go with the food. Overall I wouldn’t waste my time at Sonic.

Drove here from LA, and to say the least Sonics was not the best. They forgot my sauces, utensils and everything. The wait was irritating long and maybe if the customer service was better I would be open to trying more of their items. I did really like how there were personal spaces to park and order food for yourself if you didn’t want to go drive thru. Overall wouldn’t waste more money on this hence there are way better fast food options.

Ordered tots with cheese. Hop delivers tots plain. I press the speaker to tell the worker, I ordered tots with cheese and he continues to repeat my order without the cheese. Simple request.Worked all day have a 3 hr drive home and only wanted to some food. When I arrive to eat at your location - if you can’t deliver what is ordered tell me, if you make a mistake make it right.Thanks for ruining my dinner and evening!

Always friendly staff and food is great. Food arrives reasonably fast, even on busier days.
Charged my card 3 times for one transaction. After i informed her it was already charged to my card. Had to call the bank to dispute two of the 3 charges.
I ordered just a single shake. I sat there for about 10 minutes and then my order disappeared off the screen like it had been delivered. I pressed the red button again to figure out what was going on, and told the person that I ordered a shake that hadn't come out yet and she seemed rude about it. The screen still didn't have my order. Someone walked by and asked if I'd ordered something else and I told them no. Finally my shake comes out another 10 minutes later, melted and lukewarm like it had been sitting out the whole time. Since it was melted and the lid was not secured properly it dripped all over my car and clothing and they didn't even give me napkins with it. The shake wasn't great since it was already lukewarm when they gave it to me.
