Starbucks, a popular chain, offers a wide variety of cold and hot drinks as well as good food in an excellent location in old Town south Pasadena. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant, with a team of great employees providing service with a smile. However, one customer experienced a long line and staff who seemed to dislike their job, finding a short white hair in their frappe.
