The best customer service from Starbucks. This Starbucks is my go-to spot for consistently great coffee and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making my morning routine a breeze. Whether I'm grabbing a quick latte on the way to work or settling in with a book for some downtime, this Starbucks provides the perfect environment. The diverse menu offers something for everyone, and I appreciate the option to customize my drink exactly how I like it. Overall, Starbucks at this location exceeds my expectations every time, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable coffee experience.

Fully made the two people behind me in line’s drink. One of whom ordered the exact latte I did. I had to wait. No explanation. This whole place is prejudice down to their Starbucks.

Higher prices than other Starbucks, such as the one down the street. Otherwise fine service, but price gouging cancer patients and healthcare workers is not cool.

Not available to the public. Took 35 minutes to park and find this location, then found out we weren’t allowed to go in. Google maps should make it clear that this Starbucks is not available for road trippers.

Can walk in half naked if you're a patient. Other than that, it's a normal Starbucks just inside a hospital.Wheelchair accessibility: I was wheeled through 2 weeks ago. highly doubt its become anti wheelchair in two weeks.

Went in to get a refresher for my husband and I forgot to tell them no ice since my husband is in treatment. I quickly told a tall guy that was making it and he rudely told me to pay the difference since I guess they charge for no ice. I will no longer be purchasing Starbucks here they obviously know being patient at city of hope is stressful enough. They should train their employees to have some compassion. And the no ice is such a d*** idea come on Starbucks!

My husband having been a patient at the Duarte campus of City of Hope since 2012, we have spent hours between blood draw and doctor's appointment here. Always crowded but service as good as the best of Starbucks. Easily accessible and open longer hours than the regular COH services. Long lines at most times.

Love the Starbucks inside City of Hope, yay! Perfect for grabbing your Starbucks fix and/or drink :) The staff here is friendly, quick and efficient, especially, when the lines start to get packed by lunch and/or dinner time. My nurse John was awesome! After my body ultrasound, we both felt the rumbles in our tummy. John went to get the food and drinks while I waited in line to be checked out of my appointment. Whew, the Ham & Swiss cheese sandwich was large, hot and fresh! There was more ham and Swiss, yay! Topped off with a grande cup of Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte - sweet and creamy, woohoo! The Starbucks crew is friendly, quick and efficient. Great to chit chat for a bit while waiting for the food and drinks to come. Best of all, plenty of napkins, straws and cup holders, especially for drinks that are too cold. Starbucks inside is a large, clean and organized shop.

I looked up the closest Starbucks on my map and it took me here you need a pass to get in because it's part of a hospital it's not a standalone shop that you can just go inside it should not be listed as a normal location.

I have been coming here for years and only do so because they open the earliest. Today I grabbed my coffee and decide I wanted to add on a croissant which I did at the window it's 5 am and there was 1 car behind me. The girl told me rudely to order ahead of time because she doesn't want the customer waiting. I'm like seriously? I've been waiting here for you to hand my drink which is sitting at the counter and at the same time watch you making another drink?! but a quick add on to just grab the bread is going to just make them wait soooo much longer. She handed my food and walked away rudely as if I just ruined her morning schedule- with no thank you of course. I hope corporate sees these reviews! now I get why they only have 2 stars.. these people are rude for no reason! This just happened this morning! So I'm sure there's a way to find out who worked this shift! Starbucks corporate- based on other peoples reviews this seems to be a trend- the company should incorporate some sort of customer service skills or a class etiquette during their training!! Yelpers- try and go to another location if you don't want your morning ruined!

When I approached the Starbucks I realized they had a really long line, so I considered whether it was worth the wait. However, the line moved very quickly. After ordering, I received my order probably the fastest I have ever at any Starbucks which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for the great and fast service this morning SB team!

What makes this place great is the location and the fact that you can walk out of a surgical procedure and get a cup of coffee that you missed at 5:30 in the morning
