The best customer service from Starbucks. This Starbucks is my go-to spot for consistently great coffee and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making my morning routine a breeze. Can walk in half naked if you're a patient. Other than that, it's a normal Starbucks just inside a hospital.Wheelchair accessibility: I was wheeled through 2 weeks ago. highly doubt its become anti wheelchair in two weeks.

My husband having been a patient at the Duarte campus of City of Hope since 2012, we have spent hours between blood draw and doctor's appointment here. Always crowded but service as good as the best of Starbucks. Easily accessible and open longer hours than the regular COH services. Long lines at most times.
