Ordered 2 subs that were supposed to be toasted. Both subs were put in at the same time and toasted but not long enough as cheese wasn't melted on the one and the chicken was still

They had no fresh bread for dinner they only had two choices their meat was all covered so I could not see the vegetables in the cooler we're Frozen he asked if I wanted my and I said no he says warm them because the meat is cold and you probably not going to like it so I did the young man that works there is very rude and confrontational it's not my first time there but it's my last time it needs new management it's not kept up well

The people there absolutely hate their jobs apparently. The man working didn’t even say hello he literally just mumbled “what do you want” and I couldn’t hear any of the questions he was asking me because he never once looked up or enunciated he just mumbled while his cell phone rang in his pocket. I work across the street but I would rather drive out of the way for something better. It’s a sandwich it’s not difficult to make and I was extremely courteous when I could’ve said what I really wanted to.

I have gone to Subway at least five times last year 2023 and I think I might drive a little further to go to a different one because I'm tired of the bad service there especially from a young man who works there in the evening I'm starting to like Jersey Mike's a lot more even though I have to pay more the service better it's all about greeting and customer I like my sandwich put together not tross together .

Paid for double the meat and only got one layer I call and he tells me I know what I did yeah okay you know what you did is your stealing my money from me is what your doing have proof of no double meat and then he says it only goes on one side no it doesn't wtf it goes everywhere I paid for double this isn't my first time at subway so thanks good to know y'all steal at this subway

Worst experience of customer service ever had in a long time....The staff there are rude with a poor attitude...i order a meatball marinara footlong and is the most saddest looking sandwich i ever had compare to all other subway shops I've gone to...i get 1 1/2 meatball and barely any vegetables unlike what I have requested.... you may see picture for proof ....never go to this location again...smh

The girl had bad attitute . She didn't even ask me if i wanted to heat the bread and the cheese in the oven or not . She put everything cold on it and wrapped it and gave it to me . I had a cold frozen sandwich with frozen cheese on it .I wonder why people chose a job of they really don't like it ?

I attempted to buy a sandwich. I came in with the coupon. An Indian gentleman claims he is the owner. I believe he said his name is Collin. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and when he was adding the vegetables, I asked for more lettuce and he still didn't give me very much. I said please more lettuce call Lynn told me you come in with a coupon and you asked for more and more and more this is terrible customer service, I believe subways policies they give you what you want on the sandwich. I also was unaware that lettuce was a high ticket item. This man was very poor service at that point I said thank you for your time and that I did not want to sandwich I will avoid this subway in the future and I recommend that you do too bad service
Terrible service, paid for my sandwich and they didn't let me use the restroom to wash my hands, yuck.

First time there. This place is dump. I placed an on-line order and when I arrived it was not ready because they were out of one of the meats on the Italian Supreme. It took me a while to understand what the person was saying because of her heavy accent. She was nice enough but the communication was difficult. I still wanted something along the lines of an Italian but she didn't understand what I was talking about. There were empty food bins and the food did not look fresh. The place did not feel clean to me. It was the worst Subway that I had ever visited. Will not go back there again.

Out of the 8 times I've ordered from here they've managed to mess up the order all but twice. Don't order avocado unless you want to get charged for nothing. They're nice enough but can't seem to fill an order correctly. This last time I asked if there was avocado on the sandwich since they seem to forget almost everytime and she looked at me and said yes with confidence, spoiler alert there was not. I for one am done with this location.
