I visited Subway store number 42503 on August 23rd around3:21 pm. The customer service was disappointing. The employee's tone felt unwelcoming, and several menu items, including bread options and vegetables, were not available. While it wasn't busy, the limited selection and service were underwhelming. I hope management addresses both product availability and how customers are treated.
This was a terrible experience the female Indian worker was very rude and not helpful. She definitely did not want to be there. They had no marina sauce available and no soup. She would not get any sauce so we could not get a meatball sub which is what we came for.
We ate there, but they did not allow us to use the restroom, saying it was only for employees. It doesn’t make sense that customers can eat there but cannot use the restroom. I’ve never seen this type of system anywhere else.
