Christmas night at 6 pm and IHOP was open. I don't know what low IQ person scheduled only 1 server, but Dana was incredible. A full house and working it alone. Dana never made us feel as if we were intruding, but welcomed us warmly. Explaining being short staffed, she still managed to deliver great food and good coffee in a timely manner. All with a smile. Our breakfast at IHOP was great! The pancakes were fluffy, light, and extremely tasty. Our eggs were cooked to perfection as was our bacon and sausage. Our waitress, Nicole, provided exceptional service, refilling our drinks and asking how we were. Definitely will return.
