Love this place! Always have. Been going to this place since their old location and gotta say that they are one of my favorite pizza places! Awesome people, price is excellent and food always tastes good!

Stopped by earlier this week and took home a large pepperoni/ sausage pizza. It smelled and tasted fantastic. Not "ketchupy" like so many other places. The only different thing I would request next time is for the crust to be cooked a few minutes more, maybe like 3-5. Go get some!

Walked in with my family. One dude in the back making a pizza. Waited 10 min. No acknowledging of us at all. Wife went to restroom looked in and there was urine all over and was super dirty. The guy looked mean and had a scowl on his face the entire time. No gloves. We left and went to Redwood. Avoid this place at all costs.

My wife and I went there for my 61st birthday dinner. Nice quiet romantic setting and very authentic food. I am full Italian and in my opinion you won't find any better than Sweet Basil Bistro. The meatballs were exquisite and the pasta tastes homemade. The Bolognese is amazing with the spaghetti and meatball. We had a Caesar salad, some wine, and a piece of Tiramisu with whipped cream and a candle to finish off a perfect dining experience.Ryan was awesome. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very pleasant and friendly. I look forward to going back every trip to Big Bear from now on.

I've been to sweet basil pizza twice and both times have been unpleasant. The customer service is horrible and the pizza is nasty.

Best pizz'a joınt in so-cal! Been going here since the late 90's but then moved outta state, but now I'm back baby! Threw me off the change of venue, but I'll survive. Thanks Jim for years of awesome pizza & laughs??? Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids, who cares? Tell em not to be actin a fool thoughParking: Yeah, the parking lot is conveniently located right outside the business! Super thoughtful & it just downright makes sense, ya know? Probably the 2nd best parking lot in the country, there's this dispensary i went to that had a really really nice one, good?tooWheelchair accessibility: Yup, just roll on in! Since you already got yourself a chair, have a seat & stay a while..the pizza is so good you'll be moonwalkin' outta there by the time you're done eating??

A Staple of the city, owning their own original flavor. The Basil makes this a "proper" pizza! #supportsmallbusiness

I have been going to sweet basil since the day next to 711 and they sold $1 slices and beer and The game/fights like a pizza bar. Great times and memories. Jim’s secret ingredient is the sweet basil powder it’s a must on every slice
