We stopped by for a simple lunch in Dublin.Salads, chip and guacamole, and a couple of tacos. Nothing exciting about the food.We did not finished our food so naturally we asked for a to go box. The person at the counter did not have a box or any way of packing our food to go. Even though there was clearly boxes and bags staged around the kitchen and counter.Poor service.

Let me highlight the cool thing: As soon as I checked in I got 15% off discount coupon. Baja Fresh Dublin is clean and good place to pick up Mexican food on the go. You can dine in too but I prefer take out. My favorite:loaded nachos with chicken .Just Yum. Wait time is 10 mins. Enough parking available and outdoor seating options as well.

When you need Mexican food in a pinch, Baja Fresh is the answer. We have barely ever dined at the location in all these years. Typically, we place the order for take away. Our usual order is: 1. Chicken Nachos 2. Cheese Quesadilla 3. Kids Burrito 4. Roasted Veggie Burrito I do like to get the different salsas they have at the salsa bar. This place works for the fast Mexican food fix.

I went to bajafrash at Dublin location today the cashier who was taking the order was busy with phone talking and I standing there at least 15 minutes. After he finished talking he took my order and at some time he was very rude. I don't understand what was his problem. The food taste was not good either . It was wast of time and wast of money. I don't recommend this place for anyone. No good food and bad customer service here.

Great size but my container for steak fajita wasn't close right so food is all over the bag. Steak is good but cold. My toltia is dry on edge.

I went in today and only one other couple was eating inside. The cashier was nice. I ordered a Baja steak bowl that had more fajita veggies then steak on it and my husband had a Baja steak burrito with rice and beans. I also ordered a pronto guacamole with chips. The guacamole was delicious but the bowl was just okay. Chips were fresh but they didn't give me the chips that come with my order just the ones for the guac. I left a nice tip. Will come back and try something else

Was looking forward to having Baja Fresh after not having it for years bc they closed in my area long ago…walked in and the man working behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending. My bf and I looked at each other after a few minutes and decided we had to go somewhere else bc the vibes were so negative like this person wanted us to leave the establishment. I asked a simple question about the menu and the employee mentioned above answered in a condescending manner like I was the biggest inconvenience to even be there. Cannot wait to try a Baja Fresh again in a different location and hopefully have a good experience and not want to leave before I even order. Side note but important note we are a biracial couple. We often feel prejudice vibes in places where we feel unwelcome. I can’t confidently say this was not one of them. Terrible and disheartening experience. Make all people feel comfortable in your establishment.

FANTASTIC SERVICE, Maria the Manager was EXCELLENT!! Maria, is Pleasant, Helpful, Courteous & Knowledgeable. My Mexicano burrito with Carnitas & Shrimp was One of The BEST Burritos of any Mexican Restaurant ?? The place was incredibly Clean & bathrooms well stocked & Super Clean! I will Definitely eat here again when We are in Livermore.

I placed an online order via bajafresh.com from the Dublin, CA location tonight at 7:15 PM. It said it would be ready for pickup at 7:34. When I arrived at 7:34, the doors were locked. The two employees inside briefly looked up and then pretended not to see me standing in the rain. One of them walked all the way up to the front door, never making eye contact, and started moving furniture and then went back to the counter and stood there. So, I definitely need a refund. And this is not the first time I've arrived and the doors have been locked during the posted business hours. It is, however, the first time the staff has refused to acknowledge me standing there. Why are they taking orders if they won't let you in to pick them up? I would lose my job if I did that to a customer.
