When you need Mexican food in a pinch, Baja Fresh is the answer. We have barely ever dined at the location in all these years. Typically, we place the order for take away. Our usual order is: 1. Chicken Nachos 2. Cheese Quesadilla 3. Kids Burrito 4. Roasted Veggie Burrito I do like to get the different salsas they have at the salsa bar. This place works for the fast Mexican food fix.
I went in today and only one other couple was eating inside. The cashier was nice. I ordered a Baja steak bowl that had more fajita veggies then steak on it and my husband had a Baja steak burrito with rice and beans. I also ordered a pronto guacamole with chips. The guacamole was delicious but the bowl was just okay. Chips were fresh but they didn't give me the chips that come with my order just the ones for the guac. I left a nice tip. Will come back and try something else

Let me highlight the cool thing: As soon as I checked in I got 15% off discount coupon. Baja Fresh Dublin is clean and good place to pick up Mexican food on the go. You can dine in too but I prefer take out. My favorite:loaded nachos with chicken .Just Yum. Wait time is 10 mins. Enough parking available and outdoor seating options as well.
