I ordered a Turtle Pie as the requested Burthday Dessert for my husband. I ordered the pie at the store a few days ahead of time. When I went to pick it up I was given a Pralines and Cream ice cream pie iced with something white instead of the Fudge that was in the description and what my husband wanted. At this point it is too late for the error to be corrected. They did apologize very nicely, but I would strongly suggest that you check to be sure they know what you are ordering when placing an order -- do not assume they will make what their website describes.

It's a Baskin-Robbins, we should all know what to expect and have a similar experience at any location! My only feedback to this location is they've been out of sugar cones multiple times. That's like walking into McDonald's and not having French fries. They also didn't have mint chocolate chip a couple times too.This is a management problem. You're forecasting your reordering of supplies as well as other Baskin-Robbins stores. If it happened once, it'd be circumstances, but this is a repeat happening at this specific location.

This place is amazing. I had the pleasure of trying the sundae fundae aka "flavor of the month" and boy howdy it didn't disappoint. The taste of fudge, chocolate, vanilla and sprinkles was a perfect way to end the hot summer day. This place has rarely had long lines when I've been there as well so it goes quick and the cashier was very friendly.

Wow I am genuinely blown away by the service that was provided today. When I walked in the smell of waffles cones being made was blissfully amazing. The workers greeted me eagerly and were always being attentive to all that were in the store. I noticed how especially polite they were even in the rush of many customers, stillmanaging by to help everyone in a timely fashion. This is the peak of customer service and I will be coming back here again.

Baskin Robbins delivers a fantastic ice cream experience. The wide variety of flavors, exceptional quality, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere make it a go-to destination for ice cream lovers. Truly a five-star treat!

I went to Baskin Robbins a few weeks ago. When I was rung up I wanted to tip the hard working employees digitally. However they only accepted physical tip. I at the time did not have cash on me so I couldn't leave them anything. The owner of the place should really consider adding a digital tip option on because not everyone carries cash on them. Especially since in this day and age everything is paid digitally.

Gave my kids sorry size scoops of ice cream (kids size) then charged me for 2 double scoops of ice cream and argued with me about it.
My family got food poisoned by mango and strawberry smoothies last Friday.I hope and pray that it will not happen to other people as it was a tough time for all of us.I hope that management and owner will check the food they serve.Update: The manager offered to give us a scoop of ice cream but I demanded for a refund which he freely gave that's why I am updating my review to 2 stars.

I came to B&R tonight, Saturday night with my family & the employees closed before closing time. Is that normal? We rushed down knowing we still had 15 minutes.

I go in on my birthday for my free birthday scoop. I order a scoop and then go to pay with my code. He says, oh, a birthday scoop is only 2.5 ounces. So he dumps my scoop. Gives me a cone with 2.5 ounces. I show him the code says 4 ounces and he says he doesn't care. Happy birthday to me. Lol. Would recommend going to a different Baskin.

The worst service ever received at this Baskin Robin Dublin location. I got a birthday treat - a free scoop coupon and it is valid with a numeric code or a scannable code. The manager there was very rude and kept saying his machine can't scan the code because it's not a bar code. I explained that there's a numeric code you can enter instead. He ignored me and served others. I ended up driving back to Castro valley store and they were so much better service. They used the same machine and just scanned my code and gave me an ice cream scoop with cone. I would not recommend this Dublin location especially with a coupon code, they seem not willing to honor the code and just piss you off with unwelcome
