This is the best service I've seen from an ice cream shop. I came in due to Dubai chocolate poster, which was sold out (as I ordered). So the server offered a pre-made he makes or he can make a sundae based on the theme. I ordered the sundae, pictured here. It's perfect. Off menu hidden gem. It's perfect on a 92F afternoon. Lots of customers, everyone is happy with the service and taste of frozen ice cream from BR. Perfect combo.
Had my favourite desert ice cream with hot fudge the place is quite small but neat and clean
We recently ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins in Dublin, and it was a hit! 🎂🍨 The cake was fresh, beautifully decorated, and packed with delicious flavor. The layers of moist cake and creamy ice cream were perfectly balanced.
Store manager Jay at the Dublin location were friendly and helpful with customization, and the pickup process was smooth. Our guests loved every bite, and there was nothing left at the end of the party!

Baskin-Robbins is an amazing ice cream shop where every employee strives to please each customer. The shop serves delicious treats, such as cookies and cream milkshakes, which are considered the best by some customers. Many visitors love the taste of ice cream at Baskin-Robbins and frequently come for the atmosphere and flavors. One customer has enjoyed the fresh Very Berry Strawberry Ice Cream for over 20 years, making it their favorite place for ice cream. The shop occasionally runs out of certain items, like sugar cones and mint chocolate chip ice cream, which may be a management issue. Despite this, the shop apologizes for any mistakes and tries to provide a great experience for its customers. Under new ownership, there have been noticeable improvements in quality and service. Paul, a member of the staff, even accommodated a custom cake order, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
