I have been a customer of RTP at various locations since the early 1980s. The pizza ordered last night was in the top 3 of the worse cooked in all this time. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the restaurant was empty; 5 workers sitting around when only were 2 or 3 were needed. They were so bored that one of them was yawning. Costumer services was awful from the guy Chris, he hung up on me and had a very rude attitude towards me when we brought it up to him. He told me " I had better things to do " Lilly on the other hand was very sweet and she's the only reason for the stars, and pizza was" okay".

Went there with my family for a vacation in Oakland and the place was just a mess. We ordered two pizzas, a salad, and two 6 piece wings. The salad came out first and it had brown leafs all in it. The pizza took forever to come put since the Sacramento/Warriors game was on and some of the employees had to come out to sit and watch the game, then they forgot about our second pizza so we had to wait for that to finish.
