Round table pizza crust now tastes horrible. We ordered regular crust and it was more than a quarter inch thick and had a cake

I've been eating Round table Pizza my entire life and I know what it's supposed to taste like it's my favorite Pizza. This pizza didn't taste or look like the pizzas I'm used to getting at Round Table. We got the King Arthur supreme and the meats on there were bland they had NO flavor ...no oil was visible... usually I have to pat the top of my Pizza down to soak up some of the grease...it tasted like fake meat.... It barely had any sauce on it and the crust was doughy.....also the cheese and pepper flakes in The Little jars on the table but we're not the same as all the other round tables I've been to....and I ordered a Stella it was on draft and I swear it was Budweiser. I was there with my son and my granddaughter and we had never been there before as we were just passing through Dublin. Schools are out on winter break and there was nobody else in the restaurant....nobody came to pick up a pizza... one phone order came through while we were there... Seems kind of strange! My son would normally eat 3 or 4 pieces of Pizza he ate. 1... I would normally eat 2 or 3... I ate also only ate 1.... I thought that all the round tables are supposed to buy their supplies from the same distributor but clearly this guy did not.

I have been a customer of RTP at various locations since the early 1980s. The pizza ordered last night was in the top 3 of the worse cooked in all this time. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the restaurant was empty; 5 workers sitting around when only were 2 or 3 were needed. They were so bored that one of them was yawning. Got home only to discovered the pizza was burnt. We were so hungry by then that we ate it, regardless. I thought it was odd that at 6:30 pm when I placed the order and told "10 minutes" that something was out of kilter. I wonder how long this location will remain open.

My daughter wanted pizza. I asked her to call in the order as I was doing the dishes. She did. She stood next me while she called. I had her order 2 large specialty pizzas and a small cheese. When she hangs up, she tells it was 90 something dollars. To me that a little high. I usually pay about 76. before tip. I go to pick up the pizza. I asked the kids at the counter to tell me the order. He repeated what my daughter ordered but also said that there were parmesan twists on the order. I tell the kid " we didn't order a Parmesan twists. A guy come from the kitchen and says " I said twists to you and you said yes" I repeated that we didn't order the twists and I do not want them. The guy from the kitchen kept repeating " you said twist" I told him that spoke with my daughter but she never ordered the twists, I was standing there heard her clearly. The kid then asks several times " So it was your daughter that called? And you guys didn't order the twists" They took the twists off in the end. The way they were talking to me was rude and they were trying to make out to be my mess up. You don't back talk like that to customers. I won't order here again. I should of gone to porkys pizza palace.

Order my pizza to dine in said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 45 minutes late I ask if my pizza was ready and it was sitting there in a box and didn't even heat it back up or even care they left us waiting for no reason. Get a pizza somewhere else defiantly.

Costumer services was awful from the guy Chris, he hung up on me and had a very rude attitude towards me when we brought it up to him. He told me " I had better things to do " Lilly on the other hand was very sweet and she's the only reason for the stars, and pizza was" okay".

Delivery driver pulled up to parking lot in my apartments and got out the car and just waited for me in the parking lot. Far away from my house when he could have pulled up right to my door. I was on a very important call on hold and could not click over while he was calling but I seen him standing by his car. I opened my door and he yells across the lot "did you order pizza?" I said yes. He shook his head and slammed his door and started to walk and meet me half way. Any normal delivery man would walk to your door and ring the doorbell. I gave his a** a 9 dollar tip too but I will never order from them again.

I'm definitely going to try to not coming back. I ordered a whole pizza for pickup. Asked him if they had a few plates, he said no.. then he said well we do but not for that! While he made a face and pointed at the pizza... I was surprised... well then he started walking away and I nicely asked him for some napkins. He just ignored me, I asked louder and he literally just straight up ignored me... so anyway.. yea horrible experience. Probably doesn't like that the order is a DoorDash order?? They have the choice not to sell food on DoorDash.. anyways I've never had a pizza place not give me a couple paper plates if they had it, and definitely not treated like that!

Way too expensive for the product. Like many restaurants, food isn't profitable enough to support a corporation.

I ordered a large specialty pizza, which states it is 12 slices. When I got home & opened the box, it clearly was NOT a large size pizza! there were 12 slices, but the slices were so inconsistent in size that at least 6 slices were too small to even be a slice. They were about the size of a 3rd of a slice. And the most disturbing thing is that Round Table charged me $34.00 for this medium (oops, I mean large) pizza! unfortunately, I won't be going back. Costco pizza is the way to go (I'll just add my own extra topping!)

Went there with my family for a vacation in Oakland and the place was just a mess. We ordered two pizzas, a salad, and two 6 piece wings. The salad came out first and it had brown leafs all in it. The pizza took forever to come put since the Sacramento/Warriors game was on and some of the employees had to come out to sit and watch the game, then they forgot about our second pizza so we had to wait for that to finish. Luckily we were all in a good mood and on vacation so we all just laughed it off, the pizza was the only good thing that this Round Table offered.

I CANNOT believe this place only got 2.5 stars! First of all Round Table is a solid pizza chain that rarely lets me down. Yes, sometimes you get empty headed teenagers that messes up your order but overall they usually come through. This location is in my neighborhood. The regular guy maybe he's the manager that's always there has let me use my coupon over and over that's been in my wallet for over 2 years. And if I forget my coupon he still hooks a regular customer up! My usual favorite is the Italian Garlic Supreme (sooooo gooood) but my bf isn't a garlic fan so we usually get a combination or a Hawaiian. My bf was slightly harsh and only gave 4 stars cuz he said they needed a fresh coat of paint - but seriously I'm not hanging out in there and I don't even know how he noticed that since he was literally inside for 10 seconds. Don't worry you get 5 stars from me - as long as you keep letting me use my coupon!!
