Biryani Bistro in California nailed it with authentic flavors. The Gongura boneless chicken biryani was fresh, spicy, and just perfect—every bite pure joy. I love the pepper chicken fry too. Superb service, cozy vibe, definitely five stars. I'd say: Best Indian spot around, cozy decor, killer biryanis, friendly staff—five stars!
I thoroughly enjoyed the food, but the wait time exceeded 15 minutes. I understand they have a high volume of takeout orders, but I hope they will address this issue.
Among the dishes we tried, the Zamindar Goat Biryani, Chicken 65, and Sattibabu Pulav were my favorites. Their Double Ka Meetha was the best dessert.

Slightly disappointed. We came all the way from Fremont because of the Unlimited Pani Puri option on the weekends only. However, it was not being served on a Saturday evening because of shortage of staff. So, had to settle for an unplanned Paneer Biryani instead. Even Thalia were not available. Apparently some change in menus.
