The ice cream was delicious—exactly as I remembered it—and for the ice cream alone, I would gladly give Loard’s five stars. I am genuinely sorry that I cannot give the overall experience the same rating.

Local Favorite Ice cream 🍦shop is the best
With many delicious flavors to choose from as well as sherbet flavors on the menu are my personal favorite! Cute inside dining as well as out front downtown Livermore location is the only ice cream shop my family goes to for ice cream cravings for over 30 years love this place definitely recommend they also have chocolate candy choices and dog treats as well check it out!

Stood at empty counter for 10 minutes with kids picking out ice cream. Was told just a sec 2 times… walked out empty handed
