I have been wanting to try the ice cream here for so long.. and when I finally did, I was so disappointed.
First off, we walked in place was not expected, its shared w/ Mountain Mike's. Walked in no one was at the counter. We waited for about 5/10 mins. So we decided to play the claw machine and waiting another 10 mins. No one came out. So I said hello a couple times no answer. So an old man went to the Mt. Mike's side and rang the bell. Horrible!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. First of all the guy behind the counter did not even greet us when we came in. 2nd, They have a menu there with a list of items for sundaes that they supposedly make., when I asked for one the guy told me “no we don’t have sundaes” why in the world would you put that menu out?!!!! Food safety was a serious concern during my visit. I watched the server handle their AirPods, use the cash register, touch the countertop where customers place items during transactions, and then immediately reach into the cone box with bare hands without washing them. Those same hands were used to grab my cone and serve the ice cream. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable when handling ready to eat food. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.
