When I went to Cafe Tapioca, I was first very pleased to see their signage about COVID-19 safety precautions and information about people with disabilities being able to get faster service. It made it feel like a very safe, happy environment. The staff member who took my order was a very nice woman and the Jasmine milk tea that I ordered was just what I was hoping for, very delicious and a reasonable price. I look forward to stopping by this shop many more times in the future.
