The ice cream flavors are fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. Despite visiting on a rainy day with few customers, the ice creams were melting, and the staff didn't seem concerned. When we requested to try additional flavors, they appeared irritated. Although we ended up purchasing five flavors, the experience felt unsatisfactory, almost like having a smoothie instead of ice cream. Nonetheless, the variety of flavors is impressive. I wish they had a spot to sit and eat the ice cream.

Hello this place is very dirty on the inside and they offer no customer service. When you walk in you have to acknowledge them in order to get their attention sucks and it is just OK.

I was feeling like getting some ice cream while in the area, so I stopped by Kwality. Kudos to the worker who was friendly and allowed us to sample many different flavors without limit. I noted they have rose petal, guava, and numerous nut based flavors (pistachios, almonds etc.) and a lot of the flavors contain cardamom or saffron; I appreciate that the flavor labels included a little bit of info about the main ingredients. I ended up going for a kids scoop of mawa kulfi (they have a separate malai kulfi as well). It was super buttery and creamy, you would like it if you are a dairy lover. If you get the small size (the next largest after kids scoop), then you can pick 2 flavors. I thought it was a decent quantity for kids scoop.

Ice cream is okay. Interesting Indian flavors but that's about it. The staff was nice she let me try all ten flavors so I did come home with a couple tubs but it didn't seem of the highest quality which is interesting because of the name.
Mismanagement of service. Took out the fun of having icecream.Place is open till 10 PM but was told at 9:35 PM that they cannot entertain me and my family as it was past closing time.I actually felt bad and apologized, only to come back and check that the place was open till 10.?Now that I think, we weren’t the only ones affected; the family ahead of us also faced a similar situation with an incorrect order, and were pressured to accept despite their concerns.Pity because would have loved to try some flavors and would have bought a lot more ??♀️I was denied the option to try flavors, but hey I at least left with the right order ;) hence “a star”P.S. what’s worse is that she seemed to be the owner of the place.

Usually a fan of this place. Love the kulfi falooda here. But today I got the Tuty fruity flavor medium size and it had a sandy texture. Didn’t like it at all.Also I guess the prices have been increased here.

Came here because of the high ratings but unfortunately it fell flat. The ambiance was severely lacking. With only 1 table and a whole bunch of dead space there wasn't anywhere to sit and enjoy the ice cream. The establishment needed a good power wash. The ground was sticky and the only table inside was also sticky and unclean. The ice cream was good but nothing extraordinary. They had exotic flavors plus a few standard ones like vanilla,chocolate, and cookies and cream. But if you're looking for exotic I suggest Salt and Straw. Service was standard. Nonetheless safe to say I won't be returning.

If you miss your Indian flavoured ice creams or anyone wants to try some unique a flavoured ice creams, this is the place.. they have some amazing options for you to try! We got couple of malai kulfi falooda and a Chiku ice cream from this place, they were brilliant... they have wide variety of flavours and some family sized pre packed ice creams to take home... they do have some Indian flavoured cakes too...

Horrible ice cream quality. They have a common base, and add flavors WITHOUT a good blend. If you want flavor in your ice cream refrain from this place. Service: They make sure the ice cream is flattened out at the top and is does not have a feel of abundance in the largest size.
