I was feeling like getting some ice cream while in the area, so I stopped by Kwality. Kudos to the worker who was friendly and allowed us to sample many different flavors without limit. I noted they have rose petal, guava, and numerous nut based flavors (pistachios, almonds etc.) and a lot of the flavors contain cardamom or saffron; I appreciate that the flavor labels included a little bit of info about the main ingredients. Ice cream is okay. Interesting Indian flavors but that's about it. The staff was nice she let me try all ten flavors so I did come home with a couple tubs but it didn't seem of the highest quality which is interesting because of the name.

The ice cream flavors are fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. Despite visiting on a rainy day with few customers, the ice creams were melting, and the staff didn't seem concerned. When we requested to try additional flavors, they appeared irritated.
