Parking: They have a large parking lot. Just outside there is parking to pick up your order.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure it was late and I didn't go inside to order. Went Thur the drive thru.

The app for some reason doesn't work at this location. We ordered our food at the counter specifically stating plain hamburger with a apple of cheese with apple slices for my child. We got our food and the cheeseburger had everything on it (ketchup, onion, mustard, relish, etc) with extra fries. We brought the wing food back to the counter and the employee said "it's made the way you ordered it" with an attitude. That was extremely rude and unacceptable.

Everyone knows McDonald's workers aren't the smartest people, but this location takes the cake with the most inept workers of any location. Constantly making mistakes or completing forgetting items. The last time I went, they forgot to put cheese on 2 of my sandwiches. When I went to ask them to fix it, they just slapped some cold cheese on them.Easily about 3/4s of the orders I make here have some problems. It happens so often that I even get excited when they get everything right.

The gentleman that works the drive through, weekend mornings, has to be the very best in the business. He is very friendly and proficient. He makes no mistakes. I'm sorry I don't know his name. You will know him by his always polite manner. He keeps his hair very very short, he is pretty much covered in tattoos and his teeth are gold capped. I hope someday he gets some type of customer service award. Or even better, someday he encountersc another server as pleasant as he is, so he can experience great customer service himself, as seen from our side of the service window..
Rate McDonald's for what it is. Don't attempt to compare to a gourmet burger joint. It's large chain fast food. The biggest issue I find large chains is service. I agve 5 stars for everything. Service here however ranked high. Also the one located at Santa Rita Rd. Both of these have service perfected. Good job.

This McDonalds has gotten orders wrong multiple times in the past. We doordashed an order last night and the food was as expected quality and taste wise. However, the large fry we ordered came halfway filled and ended up being a small fry and we didn't get straws for our drinks. McDonald's food is super convenient but really over rated.

Service is horrible. The person taking care of the packing of food at the front has a very bad attitude, shift 11/12 around 3:30pm. Don't put a sign on the front counter for picking up Mobile order if you don't want to do it. Last I checked, the minimum wage is fkin pretty high in California! Don't like what you do, don't do it!

Always check you order at the drive thru here. I didn't realize they messed an item from my order when I drove off. I did a u-turn and went in and told them and showed them my order but they seem annoyed and didn't even apologized that they messed up my order.
