I’ve been going there for years. But just recently I haven’t been happy with their customer service. I called for curb side pick up. They just put me on hold. We just sat there waiting and watching them talk to each other inside. I think they should not offer curbside if they are not going to follow though. I did have to go in to pick up cake.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I ordered bundtinis back in January to be delivered to our office for Valentine's Day. I called on January 7th to order, and everything seemed smooth sailing. I was to receive an emailed receipt the next day. When it didn't arrive a week later, I called back to confirm. My favorite flavor is pecan praline � but I’ve sampled just about all of the them and they’re delicious! Service was great! I often order online for events and usually don’t have any problems.
