Workers were extremely kind and patient, we took time to decide our slice and he remained patient and smiling, he also gave us the largest slices. They give out free coupons for a drink with an order of 3 slices, the worker gave us an extra large drink instead of a normal size, he was again extremely kind. Great place with amazing atmosphere, highly recommend.

Gluten free crust that’s really good! (Rice flour based). Vegan pizza? Also really good! Got the Mt Diablo on gf crust. Ate half the 12” before my friend got through their one slice. 10/10 will be back.

I really wanted to love this place, but they consistently mess up custom orders. Almost every time I order, I find that I’ve been charged for toppings that never make it onto the pizza. This time, it was olives—paid for them, but they were nowhere to be found. It’s frustrating because this isn’t a one-time mistake; it happens way too often. The pizza itself is decent, but if you’re paying extra for add-ons, don’t be surprised if they don’t show up. Would be great if they paid more attention to details.

I'm a big fan of Pizza my Heart and working all over the bay area visit several of their locations regularly. I've been to this location several times now and they are lagging behind the high bar set by the other stores. All the pies today looked overdone and there was an abundance of unsold pizza sitting on the counters and on top of the oven looking sad and dry. The guys behind the counter are nice enough but I don't think they are really engaged in producing delicious pizza. I Don't know what the holding times are on fresh pizza but I should have ordered a whole pie in order to get something hot and fresh. Your other locations are doing it much better. Please give the Dublin location some extra oversight.
