I give zero star rating only. We took 3 boba tea in the evening of November 27. All were very watery and insipid and so it was absolute waste of money . The lean girl who made the tea did not put sufficient quantity of ingredients properly and she was least bothered when I commplained about the poor quality of the tea

I got an Okinawan Crème Brûlée with no ice. Sadly it missed the mark. The tea was not strong enough and felt quite watery even with the added milk.
The crème brûlée topping was delicious, though.

My daughter and I love the TeaZenTea in Livermore so decided to give this location a try. However, we were very disappointed.
When we get to the location, we were welcomed with a very unpleasant plastic-y smell (I thought something might have malfunctioned). I used the self-serve ordering system and ordered our favorite drinks, Snow White with crystal boba. My 5 year old daughter complained about the smell so I kept my hand over her nose and mouth like a mask. We waited outside for our drinks because we couldn't handle the smell.
The wait time wasn't long since there was barely anyone there, so we got our drinks and head home. Much to our disappointment, the drinks tasted bad and had traces of whatever it is that we were smelling back at the place. Threw away our expensive and gross drinks after a few sips!!
Never going back here ever again!!

Just got three drinks - one Thai tea and two Vietnamese coffees. Thai tea was just so sickly sweet that we ended up throwing it. And the coffees had hardly any sugar.
