I’m so shocked at the horrible customer service I received today. How do you run a business where you can’t call a store? Today I got a grilled cheese to go, took a bite and INSIDE in there with the melted cheese was a toothpick????????? Really? That was no accident it ended up there, it was completely flat inside with melted cheese. Not poking out, nothing. INSIDE with the melted cheese....
