It's too bad when a restaurant and it's staff make a customers' experience uncomfortable and uneasy, during what could instead be enjoyable, especially when that company is offering a special promotion for a free meal.

For this one occasion, the Habit was offering a promotion for a free Chicken Club sandwich with a $5 purchase, during a specific time period and I was cashing in on that promo on the last possible day.

This was a true 5 star visit. I couldn't find one reason to mark any other. Young lady at front Lydia provided excellent customer service. Made sure to acknowledge me as she was making shakes. Got my order 100 percent correct. Food came out hot hot in a very timely manner for as busy as they were. Was crowded but still found a nice seat in the sunny window. Had a fantastic veggie burger that hit the spot and solved my craving for a burger and fries. Wasn't a fan of the...

The San Leandro location has very bad service 😡 on several occasions they have given me the wrong burgers and the worst thing is that they throw everything away
