Says open and was excited to try this place out but they are closed. Sounds like it's a reoccurring problem :(

My husband and I discovered this place while on vacation last year. Absolutely loved it. But I have tried to stop there twice on my way from my home in Oregon to California and she has been closed both times. Website says open and there is never any signage as to why she is closed. On this trip, I made sure to time the drive to arrive before she closes at 1pm, only the get there and not open. Will probably be last time I try?.

A hidden gem coffee kiosk in northern Cali along the I5 in cute and historic Dunsmuir! Outdoor seating and walk up window as well as drive up and through service! Family owned small town business with sweet small town baristas! Only open 7-12 for winter Serving ORGANIC LOCAL coffee and espresso, specialty drinks hot and iced AND smoothies! Food too! Like ham and Havarti cheese or sausage egg and cheese croissants, avocado toast, yogurt parfaits, and they have really tasty sweets like danishes and muffins! Perfect for a quick stop or to stay and relax in the sunshine on the swing enjoying your cappuccino or chai!

Stopped by for a much needed coffee on our way from Sacramento to Castle Lake. Delicious lattee, fresh brew & sausage egg croissant. Owner was sweet & friendly!

The coffee was undrinkable, couldn't make it past the first sip on either of our drinks and had to throw it away. A separate unforced error we made was ordering "avocado toast", which was a slice of white bread with guacamole from a pouch spread over it.

Slow service. One methodical worker on a Saturday morning. Needed 2 at least. Ordered brewed coffee and took 15 minutes, then was lukewarm.

Fast, friendly service...lots of menu options for a tiny place. Great stop when you are driving through!

This place is definitely OPEN FOR BUSINESS. I was passing through Dunsmuir coming down from Oregon. I saw this little place so I stopped. Great Coffee! Great Quiche! Really Great Service!! Im coming back through here on my way home and Im definitely going to stop here again.! Loved it! ( Yelp says its permanently closed but thats not true.) Such a cute little shop!

The lady was nice, but I did not like the tea I got, and my wife said her coffee was probably the worst she'd ever had. We both ended up dumping our drinks. Disappointed and surprised the place was rated 4.6 stars at the time of our visit. Maybe the usual barista was out when we visited?
