Solid 4 star dining experience. The pizza was good. Well cooked, not wet. Teeny tiny little one trip salad bar was also pretty good. Service was friendly and reasonably fast. Quick and convenient parking curbside right outside the door. Not much going on in a little dunsmere at 6:00 p.m. on a sunday. Happy to find the restaurant open.
The pizza was decent but nothing special. The crust and toppings were fine, though the sauce was too tangy for my taste. Service was polite but slow. An okay spot, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.
We were driving up I5 from So Cal and needed to eat lunch. Most places in Dunsmuir were closed, so we chose the Pizza Factory. What a find. We shared a Calzone. The crust was amazing. They hand toss the dough, and it was awesome. We come from the East Coast and are very familiar with good pizza. The sauce was tasty, and the fillings plentiful. The town was interesting. Babe Ruth even stopped there.
