“From the moment we walked into the Pizza Factory, the staff made us feel welcome. We asked for recommendations, and they were quick to tell us about the Awesome Pizza, which is appropriately named. It is loaded with goodies. The dough is baked perfectly, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. They have a small but well-maintained salad bar full of fresh eats too, and we enjoy a cool, crisp salad on a hot day before we share our favorite pie. And if you still have room for dessert, get the cinnamon sticks. So yummy! Also, it is nice to have a family friendly pizza parlor to hang out at with indoor seating as well as a small arcade upstairs. You should definitely check it out!“

“Good pizza. But,vee went at lunch and the buffet was nearly empty. About 15 minutes later a couple pizzas came out but a little saddened as we were looking forward to a couple slices of pizza and salad. The potatoes were never restocked.“

“I've been to this location before, & the service has always been great. This visit had my order ready to go & I was able to get in and out very quickly with a staff member assisting me to gather it all & bag it up for easier transportation. Papa Murphy's Pizza is my favorite take n bake pizza place, with this location being fantastic.

“Awful experience! 😔 the pizzas were outside more than 15 minutes with flies 🪰🦟 when I ask the cook to change it for me, his answer was that I was lucky that it was just 15 minutes with flies, cause the way they run the business outside it is like that, with flies 😵‍💫 Didn’t expect that answer and I cancel the order. They made me wait on line for the cancellation a lot of time (I suspect it was in purpose 🙄)“

“Our server grace was very welcoming from the moment we walked into the restaurant. She was attentive, talkative and made me and my wife feel really comfortable. Grace was also very helpful, as she helped my wife choose the cocktail she would prefer the most. I would definitely go back to the mount Shasta craft house and I would hope to have grace as our sever again.“
