“First time there, was just stopping to get gas. We went to Sanad to eat. I ordered the fried chicken plate. It was great, it is so hard to find great chicken. But I found it. My friends loved the burgers. I will stop here to eat again any time I'm in the area.“

“My order got lost and took awhile to get to me, but the team, especially the cashier, got it fixed right away (which I appreciate because I was running late) and offered me a free item.
I have a little bit of bad luck where restaurants lose my order, so I appreciate that they showed concern and offered to make up for it because most places say a quick monotone sorry at most and take a long time to fix their mistake
Mistakes sometimes happen and I think they dealt with it well. I wish I got the cashier's name to thank her here

“Owner of the restaurant has great attitude. Very welcoming!some of their cashiers are great but i did have some encounters that were pretty awful with their service.The building is okay; it feels very stuffy inside especially during the summer.“

“The owner here is a pretty cool dude, did me well while in Pixley. Tasty good food and service with a smile and attentiveness. Even made me up some on point tacos that weren't even on the menu . Think I just got lucky and he was making them up for his crew, but says a lot about the owner to take care of his people .“

The window on the side of the building is for pre-order pickups only and not a drive-thru; you need to go inside to order food.

“Ever since I heard of Burger Planet, I’ve been eagerly anticipating this moment. The french fries were generously seasoned and crispy, while the thousand island sauce was an absolute delight. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly golden brown, crispy, and bursting with amazing seasonings. The burger itself was a symphony of flavors, especially the chili, which was juicy and bursting with taste. The banana split was an absolute treat, loaded with an array of wonderful flavors from the ice cream. I particularly enjoyed the toppings of the M&Ms.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff members had bright smiles on their faces and were more than happy to take my order. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which added to the overall positive experience!“
