I've eaten many chili relleno burritos from here since they first opened, both with asada and carnitas. I prefer their chili relleno with asada.
The tortillas are excellent. Their salsas are okay. The burritos can be a bit greasy, esply with carnitas. But they're always delicious anyway. (4.5)

Their chile relleno burrito is legendary — stuffed, cheesy, and wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla. You can watch them making tortillas right in front. The place is small, so it’s more takeout than dine-in. Parking can be a bit tough, but the food is worth the hassle. Easily one of my favorite East LA spots

I’ve been coming here for years and even got my whole family hooked. The new location was a huge disappointment. The cashier didn’t ask what meat I wanted, didn’t give me a receipt, and when we got our burritos one was missing which is fine mistakes happen. Went back and asked, the guy was courteous and handed me the second one. When we left and finally got to bite into our burritos there was no meat at all. I paid for a chile relleno with meat and got everything but. The girl at the register was also disengaging and lacks customer service skills.
Really frustrating and such a waste of money.

Bought the carne asada burrito for my 96 year old tia and she was disappointed. She said she could understand why a certain group of people would like it. Meat tasted like it was just seasoned and not marinated... Like a burrito you would make for a quick dinner. She said that I need to let people know, so they won't waste their money. Maybe their other plates are better???
They moved out of a historic area into a strip mall that is hard to get in and out of. New location is nice inside but lacking the character of old location. Also the chicken burritos seemed different still good though.

This place is popular. Full tables and phone orders. Price wise, a bit on the high side. Burrito was fresh with fresh and delicious. Well worth the price and the small wait.
Saw firefighters and Sheriff ordering as well. Order ahead for lunch time.

An excellent burrito with quick service and a very friendly staff. The chile relleno burrito with asada was a very special treat. Their salsa roja has a nice deep spicy flavor.
