I love the atmosphere cuz it was exhilarating from the music and the food complimented the environment so well. The one sever in the restaurant was incredibly helpful and kind. The food itself was delicious and I’m glad to have tried Peruvian food for the first time ever at this location! 12/10 :)

Las Brasas Peruvian Fusion offers amazing food, especially the chicken which is juicy and perfectly cooked. The lomo saltado is excellent, with fresh, well-seasoned, and juicy ingredients, making it one of the best tasting plates for many customers. There have been some hiccups in service, like running out of grilled chicken and forgetting extra sauce. However, the food itself is plentiful, delicious, and superb, making it a good option for takeout. The service is generally good, with positive and kind waitstaff who explain the dishes and suggest substitutions for special diets. Although the price of the Inca Cola was noted to be nearly four dollars for a can, the overall experience encourages customers to return, with hopes to try other dishes like the arroz chaufa.
