The manager was extremely rude… I ordered a happy meal for my 5 yr old daughter and ordered an orange high c with it and bought a Dr Pepper on the side. Well they didn’t end up giving me the high c and told me to give back the Dr Pepper if I wanted my daughters happy meal drink… The manager not only got loud but also cussed me out and said I had to pay extra for the drink

Today I went through the drive thru. This time, the young man taking my order was nice and decent. Last time not so much. It all depends on who’s they put running that station. From time to time it could be hit or miss. I used my App code to use a deal and get reward points for my order.
Order pickup at window #2 was a different experience. A bit slow, maybe a new employee under the guidance of training. Okay, all good for that. I do want to point out the 2 cups of ice water were not topped off. They are small to begin with, which is alright, but to not top it off is just blah. ?See attached pictures to understand what I’m saying. Will return because it’s a McDonald’s and I still eat this type of food from time to time.

An absolute joke of a location. I ordered my food and put the table number and waited for 20 minutes just to walk to the counter and find my order getting cold. Asked for the order to be remade and was met with an attitude and an excuse saying I wasn't there. Nobody ever walked to the back to table 114. Not a single employee.... They did remake the order but the extra attitude and excuses are ridiculous.
I came into this McDonald's for the first time today around 7:06 am to get orange juice before I started my work shift. A very polite young lady (wluvi) told me she'll be right with me. A manager then told me that I will need to make my order using the touch screen. I informed her that I didn't know how to use it as I haven't been to a McDonald's in years. The young lady (Wluvi) proceeded to help me make my order and checked me out without any issues. She was very polite. On the other hand, the manager didn't seem polite to me for some reason and after I checked out, I noticed that every customer that went to her line didn't have to use the touchscreen and she greeted them. I found that pretty odd because I only ordered an orange juice while everyone else had larger orders. It seems like I was being discriminated against. Anyways (Wluvi) should be promoted to a manager because she showed great customer service and had the willingness to help me instead of the manager. I am giving this McDonald's a 1 ⭐ because on the manager but want to shine light on my experience with Wluvi. She was great.
